Education Law advice
The Law Centre helps and advises with cases involving children who
cannot get a school place, children with special educational needs,
children that have been excluded from school, families that wish
to make a complaint against a school and matters relating to higher
education. We also represent clients at hearings and tribunals.
Appointments
We offer daytime appointments for advice in education law.
Pan-London Education Legal Advice Service (PLELAS)
This service started in East London in 2004 but now has been extended to cover all of London in partnership with other Law Centres. PLELAS's aim is to provide specialist education advice to parents and carers across London, though the delivery of casework as well as through the development of partnerships with other agencies and the provision of second tier advice to generalist advice agencies. Agencies can make client referrals to the Law Centre by downloading and returning the form on the right. |
